1. लुधियाना से मोहाली में पंजीकृत कार्यालय का स्थानांतरण पंजाब के राज्य में ही।

2. मिस दत्ता सिंगला एंड कंपनी, चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट की नियुक्ति, चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट कंपनी के सांविधिक लेखा परीक्षकों के रूप में लेखाकार के लिए आकस्मिक रिक्ति को भरने के ए के भंडारी एंड कंपनी, चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट के इस्तीफे की वजह से हुई।

Devine Impex Ltd has informed that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on December 04, 2009, inter alia, have approved the following special business:

1. Shifting of registered office from Ludhiana to Mohali within the State of Punjab.

2. Appointment of M/s. Datta Singla & Co., Chartered Accountants as statutory auditors of the Company to fill the casual vacancy caused due to resignation of M/s. A. K. Bhandari & Co., Chartered Accountants.
