Seamec Ltd has informed that pursuant to resolution passed by the Directors of the Company the Accounting year of the Company is now changed to end on 31st March of every year.
Accordingly, the present accounting year which ends on December 31, 2009 is extended for a further period of three months to be ended on March 31, 2010.
