हिन्दी अनुवाद:कोटक महिंद्रा बैंक लिमिटेड ने सूचित किया है कि ई एस ओ पी आबंटन समिति ने अपने 08 जनवरी 2010 को आयोजित बैठक में 10 रुपए प्रति के 87,080 इक्विटी शेयर निम्नलिखित श्रृंखला के तहत कर्मचारी स्टॉक विकल्प के प्रयोग अनुसार आवंटित किये:
ई एस ओ पी योजना श्रृंखला 2005/01: 16,480 इक्विटी शेयर
ई एस ओ पी योजना श्रृंखला 2007/01 (श्रृंखला 2): 23,134 इक्विटी शेयर
ई एस ओ पी योजना श्रृंखला 2007/01 (श्रृंखला 3) 20,002 इक्विटी शेयर
ई एस ओ पी योजना श्रृंखला 2007/12: 27,404 इक्विटी शेयर।
English Translation:
Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has informed that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at its Meeting held on January 08, 2010 has allotted 87,080 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options under the following series:
ESOP Scheme Series 2005/01: 16,480 equity shares
ESOP Scheme Series 2007/01 (2nd Tranche) : 23,134 equity shares
ESOP Scheme Series 2007/01 (3rd Tranche) 20,002 equity shares
ESOP Scheme Series 2007/12 : 27,404 equity shares.
