इन्दसिंड बैंक लिमिटेड ने सूचित किया है कि बैंक ने 8 जनवरी 2010 को 270,680 (दो लाख सत्तर हजार छ: सौ अस्सी) एकुइटी शेयर बैंक कर्मचारी स्टॉक विकल्प योजना के तहत उन अनुदान ग्राही जिन्होंने विकल्प का उपयोग किया है को प्रति 10 रुपए के शेयर्स आवंटित किये। यह शेयर बैंक के मौजूदा शेयरों के साथ रैंक होगा।

English Translation:

Indusind Bank Ltd has informed that the Bank has allotted 270,680 (Two Lakh Seventy Thousand Six Hundred Eighty) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on January 08, 2010 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Banks Employee Stock Option Scheme. The said shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Bank in all respect.
