L&T - Allotment of Shares : एल एंड टी - शेयरों का आबंटन : 23rd january
हिन्दी अनुवादलार्सन एंड टुब्रो लिमिटेड (एल एंड टी) ने सूचित किया है कि कंपनी ने 21 जनवरी 2010 को 15,02,907 (सिर्फ पंद्रह लाख दो हजार नौ सौ सात) श्येर्स उन अनुदान ग्राही को जो कम्पनी कर्मचारी स्टॉक स्वामित्व / विकल्प योजनाओं के तहत अपने विकल्पों का उपयोग करते है उन्हें आवंटित किये। बताये गये शेयर्स कंपनी के सभी मामलों में मौजूदा शेयरों के साथ साथ ही पंक्ति मे होंगे।
English Translation:
Larsen & Toubro Ltd (L&T) has informed that the Company has allotted 15,02,907 (Fifteen Lakh Two Thousand Nine Hundred Seven only) shares on January 21, 2010 to those grantees who had exercised their options under the Companys Employee Stock Ownership / Option Schemes. The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.
