Reliance Retail Ltd (RRL) and its partner Pearle Europe is eyeing to add more 700 outlets of its joint venture store ''Vision Express'' on a pan India basis in the next 7-8 years. Vision Express is an eyewear retail chain operating as 50:50 joint ventures between RRL and Pearle Europe. In Europe, the Vision Express is the biggest optical retail group and currently has a total of 41 outlets in major cities of India. Mr. Guillame Brouwet, CEO of Vision Express said the company has a large scope in India as it has a vibrant and strategic market in the optical retail segment. And India will be the best suitable country to do business in the coming 10 years. Pearle Europe has its outlets in more than 25 nations with 2,600 stores globally and is ready to spread out in India in an inorganic manner.
