हिन्दी अनुवाद:आदित्य बिरला वित्तीय सेवाओं ने 20 फरवरी को होने वाली बाजार में लेनदेन के माध्यम से आदित्य बिरला धन में 75% हिस्सेदारी के अधिग्रहण पर नजर गड़ाए हुए है। कंपनी ने आदित्य बिरला धन के 4.15 करोड़ शेयर 59.76 रुपए प्रति शेयर हासिल करेगी और आपस मे 248.26 करोड़ रूपये हस्तांतरित हुए। आदित्य बिड़ला फिनाशिअल सर्विसिस ग्रुप (एबिएफेस्जी) ने पिछले महीने वूरी इन्वेस्टमेंट एंड सेक्युरितिस (वूरी आई एंड एस), के साथ समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर किए जो आज की एक अग्रणी दक्षिण कोरिया आधारित सेक्युरितिस कंपनी है। इस समझौता ज्ञापन से दोनों ही समूहों पर भारतीय और कोरियाई बाजारों में एक बड़ा ग्राहक आधार के लिए लाभ उठाने व्यावसायिक सहयोग और उनके उत्पाद, सेवा और सलाह देने के में मदद मिलेगी। यह समझौता ज्ञापन एबिएफेस्जी के लिए इसके म्यूचुअल फंड से विदेशी फंड में अपने साझा कोष को प्रशस्त करने के लिए मार्ग बनाएगी। आदित्य बिरला वित्तीय सेवाएं आदित्य बिरला समूह की 29.2 अरब डालर का एक हिस्सा है, जिसकी कुल कर्मचारियों की संख्या 130,000 है और जो 30 विभिन्न देशों से संबंधित है।
English Translation:
Aditya Birla Financial Services is eyeing to acquire 75 % stake in Aditya Birla Money through an off market transaction on 20th of February. The company would acquire 4.15 crore shares of Aditya Birla Money at Rs. 59.76 per share by inter-se transfer totaling to Rs. 248.26 crore. Aditya Birla Financial Services Group (ABFSG) last month has signed an MOU with Woori Investment & Securities (Woori I&S), a leading South Korea-based securities company, today. This MOU will help both groups leverage business synergies and extend their product, service and advice offerings to a larger customer base across the Indian and Korean markets. The MOU will pave the way for ABFSG to raise funds overseas for its mutual fund. Aditya Birla Financial Services is a part of the $29.2 bn Aditya Birla Group, having total strength 130,000 employees and belonging to 30 different nationalities.
