Kotak MF Declares Dividend : कोटक म्युचुअल फंड द्वारा लाभांश की घोषणा : 13th February

कोटक म्युचुअल फंड ने कोटक त्रैमासिक अंतराल योजना श्रृंखला 3 के विकल्प के लाभांश के अधीन लाभांश की घोषणा की है। लाभांश के लिए रिकॉर्ड तिथि 18 फ़रवरी 2010 निर्धारित की गयी है। लाभांश की मात्रा रिकॉर्ड तीथी पर उपलब्ध 10 रूपये प्रति इकाई के अंकित मूल्य पर बाटने योग्य अधिशेष का 100% होगी। योजना का एनएवी 10 फरवरी 2010 को 10.0738 रुपए प्रति इकाई था। योजना के लाभांश विकल्प के सभी यूनिट धारकों जिन्होंने मान्य मोचन / स्विच बाहर अनुरोध, 18 फ़रवरी, 2010 को 3:00 पीएम तक जमा करवा देंगे अनुरोधों के लिए लाभांश प्राप्त करने के हकदार होंगे। कोटक त्रैमासिक अंतराल योजना श्रृंखला 3 निवेश के उद्देश्य से एक अंतराल ऋण फंड में यद्यपि रिटर्न ऋण और मुद्रा बाजार साधनों में निवेश की दृष्टि से महत्वपूर्ण ब्याज दर के जोखिम को कम करने के लिए पैदा होता है।

English Translation:
Kotak Mutual Fund has announced the declaration of dividend under dividend option of Kotak Quarterly Interval Plan Series 3. The record date for dividend has been fixed as 18 February 2010. The quantum of dividend will be up-to 100% of distributable surplus available as on the record date on the face value of Rs 10 per unit. The NAV of the scheme was at Rs 10.0738 per unit as on 10 February 2010. All unit holders of the dividend option of the scheme who will submit valid redemptions / switch-out requests till 3.00 p.m on 18 February 2010 will be entitled to receive the dividend. Kotak Quarterly Interval Plan Series 3 is an interval debt fund with the investment objective to generate returns though investments in debt and money market instruments with a view to significantly reduce the interest rate risk.
