टीसीपीएल पैकेजिंग लिमिटेड ने सूचित किया है कि कंपनी के निदेशक बोर्ड की बैठक 27 मई 2010 को आयोजित किया जाएगा। अन्य बातों के साथ , निम्नलिखित पर विचार और अनुमोदित किया जायेगा।
1. तिमाही और 31 मार्च 2010 को समाप्त वर्ष के लिए अंकेक्षित वित्तीय परिणाम को स्वीकार करने के लिए।
2. 31 मार्च 2010 को समाप्त वर्ष के लिए अंकेक्षित खातों को अपनाने के लिए।
3. वर्ष 2009-10 के लिए विचार और लाभांश भुगतान की सिफारिश करने के लिए, आगामी वार्षिक आम बैठक में सदस्यों के अनुमोदन के अधीन।
English Translation:
TCPL Packaging Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2010, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:
1. To approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31,
2010.
2. To adopt the Audited Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2010.
3. To consider & recommend Dividend payment for the year 2009-10, subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
