डीबी कॉर्प लिमिटेड ने सूचित किया है कि ख़बरदार संकल्प 26 जून 2010 को पारित किया, कंपनी की मुआवजा समिति के सदस्यों अधिकृत रुपये के शेयरों का 344 नंबर आवंटित किया है। 10 / - प्रत्येक 344 स्टॉक विकल्प के तहत व्यायाम पर दी बी सी एल-2008 ईएसओएस स्कीम, अपने कर्मचारियों को योजना के तहत कवर किया।
निम्नलिखित कम्पनी के इशुद और भुगतान पूंजी मे वृद्धि का विवरण है:
- मौजूदा जारी किए और प्रदत्त पूंजी: 10 रूपये प्रति के 181522631 इक्विटी शेयर
- शेयरों आवंटित / और वृद्धि हुई: 10 रूपये प्रति के 344 इक्विटी शेयर
- जारी किए और संशोधित चुकता पूंजी: 10 रूपये प्रति के 181522975 इक्विटी शेयर
नई इक्विटी शेयर पूंजी के साथ मौजूदा सभी मामलों में समान रूप से रैंक मे है।


English Translation:

D. B. Corp Ltd has informed that vide resolution passed on June 26, 2010, the authorised members of the Compensation Committee of the Company has allotted 344 number of shares of Rs. 10/- each on the exercise of 344 stock options under the DBCL-ESOS Scheme 2008, to its employees covered under the scheme. Following are the details of the increase in the Issued and Paid up Capital of the Company:

- Existing Issued and Paid up Capital: 181522631 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each
- Shares allotted / increased by: 344 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each
- Revised Issued and Paid up Capital: 181522975 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each
The new equity shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing capital.
