फेटपाईप नेटवर्क इंडिया, चेन्नई आधारित आईटी कंपनी ने आज कहा किअपने वैश्विक विस्तार योजनाओं के लिए, एक प्रारंभिक सार्वजनिक प्रस्ताव (आईपीओ) के माध्यम से 49 करोड़ रुपए जुटाने जाएगा। वही, अध्यक्ष और प्रबंध निदेशक फेटपाईप नेटवर्क इंडिया रागुला भास्कर ने टिप्पणी करते कहा कि हमें इस आईपीओ के माध्यम से 49 करोड़ रुपए जुटाने है अगले 12-18 महीनों में हमारे वैश्विक विस्तार योजना के लिए । उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि कंपनी को न केवल अमेरिका में बल्कि अमेरिका से बाहर जैसा कि कनाडा, दक्षिण अफ्रीका, दक्षिण और मध्य अमेरिका, यूरोप और एशिया में कार्यालय खोलने की योजना बना रहा है। कंपनी ने 82 रुपये और 85 रुपये के बीच आईपीओ प्राइस बैंड तय किया है। यह 7 जून को सदस्यता के लिए खोला जायेगा और 9 जून 2010 को बंद हो जाएगा।

Fatpipe Networks India, Chennai-based IT company, today said that in order to fund its global expansion plans, it will raise Rs 49 crore through an Initial Public Offering (IPO). Commenting on the same, Chairman and Managing Director Fatpipe Networks India Ragula Bhaskar said "We plan to raise Rs 49 crore through this IPO to expand our global footprints in next 12-18 months,". He also said that the company is looking to open offices not only in America but outside America like Canada as well as South Africa, South and Central America, Europe and Asia. The company has fixed the IPO price band between Rs 82 and Rs 85. The issue opens for subscription on June 7 and will close on June 9, 2010.
