English Translation:

The committee of Gammon Infrastructure Projects on 15 July 2010 has approved the issue and allotment of 9,21,665 equity shares of Rs. 2 each following the exercise of stock options by the employees under the GIPL Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2007 and GIPL Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2008. Upon the allotment of these shares, the paid up capital of the company stands increased to 72,77,85,165 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
