English Translation:

HDFC Mutual Fund has declared dividend under dividend options of HDFC FMP 100 D August 2010 (1) under Series XIII, a close ended income scheme. The amount of dividend declared under the scheme will be 100% of the distributable surplus as available on the record date. The record date of dividend distribution is fixed as November 11, 2010. The investment objective of the scheme is to generate returns through a portfolio of debt and money market instruments that are maturing on or before the maturity of the respective plans.
