Net Alter Software is looking to tap the capital market with an initial public offering (IPO) of 39,00,000 equity shares to fund projects. It has filed draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with market regulator SEBI. The book running lead manager to the issue is Arihant Capital Markets and registrar is Link Intime India. The proceeds of the issue will be used to meet the fund requirements for project to develop and commercialize NetAlter System and other software products, which requires funding of Rs 48.16 crore.
