Ramky JV Finalize Rs1,400 Cr Worth Debt For J&K Road Project: रामके इन्फ्रा का जम्मू व कश्मीर के लिए 1400 करोड़ रुपये की सड़क परियोजना: 18th February

रामके इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर, हैदराबाद स्थित बुनियादी ढांचे की कम्पनी ने 1400 करोड़ मूल्य की ऋण के लिए आईसीआईसीआई बैंक से करार किया है। यह कर्ज जम्मू और कश्मीर में 1,625 करोड़ रुपये की कुल लागत से बनिहाल-श्रीनगर सड़क परियोजना के कंपनी की वित्तपोषण के लिए है। रामके इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर जम्मू एवं कश्मीर में श्रीनगर-बनिहाल सड़क परियोजना को क्रियान्वित करने के लिए चीन की जिंग्शु प्रोवेंसिअल ट्रांसपोर्टेशन इंजीनियरिंग समूह की कंपनी के साथ एक संयुक्त उद्यम में प्रवेश किया। रामके इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर संयुक्त उद्यम में 74% हस्तांतरण, जो डिजाइन, निर्माण, वित्त, काम और भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण (एनएचएआई) के परियोजना रखती है।

English Translation:

Ramky Infrastructure, the Hyderabad-based infrastructure firm, has tied up debt worth Rs 1,400 crore with ICICI Bank. The debt is for financing the company’s Srinagar-Banihal road project in Jammu and Kashmir for a total cost of 1,625 crore. Ramky Infrastructure entered into a joint venture with China's Jiangshu Provincial Transportation Engineering Group Company for executing the Srinagar-Banihal road project in Jammu and Kashmir. Ramky Infrastructure holds 74% in the joint venture which will design, build, finance, operate and transfer the project for National Highway Authority of India (NHAI). The company will be announcing financial closure for the project before March-end and expects to start construction of the project around the same time. The road project is an annuity based and has a concession period of 20 years which includes the construction period of three years.
