The issue will constitute 49% of the fully diluted post-issue paid up capital of the company and it is offering 9 million equity shares of Rs 10 each. It has received 13323285 bids against the issue size of 9088000 shares, 5974074 bids have been received at the cut off price, as per the NSE-BSE demand graph available on NSE website at 16.00 pm.
