English Translation:

Tube Investments of India on 16 April 2011 has allotted 26,539 equity shares of Rs 2 each, consequent upon the exercise of stock options by the eligible employees under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007. With this allotment, the number of equity shares outstanding has increased from 18,56,66,931 to 18,56,93,470 and the paid up equity share capital from Rs 37.13 crore to Rs 37.14 crore.
