फोर्जिंग उत्पाद निर्माता, संघवी फोर्जिंग और इंजीनियरिंग के आरंभिक सार्वजनिक पेशकश (आईपीओ) ने अपने दूसरे दिन 0.13 बार सदस्यता प्राप्त किया है. कंपनी को इस पेशकश के जरिए करीब 36.9 करोड़ रुपए जुटाने की योजना बना रहा है. कंपनी 80 रुपए से 85 रुपए प्रति शेयर प्राइस बैंड तय किया है. मुद्दा 4 मई, 2011 को खोला गया था और 9 मई 2011 को बंद हो जाएगा. इसे 584290 बोलियां प्राप्त हुआ है 4612525 शेयरों के विरुद्ध, 274050 बोली कटौती मूल्य से प्राप्त किया गया है, 17.00 बजे एनएसई वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध एनएसई-बीएसई ग्राफ के अनुसार. मुद्दा से आय आंशिक रूप से 15,000 एमटीपीए स्थापित करने की लागत के वित्तपोषण के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जाएगा फोर्जिंग यूनिट खोलने (एक टुकड़ा के साथ 40 लाख टन तक फोर्जिंग), प्रूफ मसिनेद उत्पादों करने के लिए अर्थात निर्माण. अरिहंत कैपिटल मार्केट्स एकमात्र मुद्दा के बुक रनिंग लीड मैनेजर है.

English Translation:

Forging products manufacturer, Sanghvi Forging and Engineering‘s initial public offering (IPO) has been subscribed 0.13 times on its second day. The company is planning to raise Rs 36.9 crore through this offering. It has fixed a price-band of Rs 80 to Rs 85 a share. The issue had opened on May 04, 2011 and will close on May 09, 2011. As per the NSE-BSE demand graph available on NSE website at 17.00 pm, it has received 584290 bids against the issue size of 4612525 shares, 274050 bids have been received at the cut off price. Issue proceeds will be used for partly financing the cost of setting up 15,000 MTPA open die forging unit (with single piece forging up to 40 MT) to manufacture proof machined products viz. stepped shafts, bars & hollows, blocks, flanged shafts, gear blanks, forging items. Some portion of proceeds will also be used for working capital for the new project and for pre-operative expenses including issue expenses. Arihant Capital Markets is the sole book running lead manager to the issue.
