The board of Nimbus Foods Industries in its meeting on 28 June 2011 has allotted 3 crore convertible share warrants of face value of Re 1 each on preferential basis to Vishnu Sharma (20 lakhs warrants), Chinar Capital Market (1 crore warrants), Prompt Energy System (65 lakh warrants), Vraj Consultancy Services (50 lakhs warrants) and Orchid Devcon (65 lakhs warrants).
