Nitco Gets Approval For The Scheme Of Amalgamation : निटको को समामेलन की योजना के लिए की मंजूरी मिल गई है : 9th July

 सिरेमिक टाइल निर्माता, निटको को 08 जुलाई, 2011 को एक अनुमोदन बंबई उच्च न्यायालय से प्राप्त हुआ है, जो कण बोर्ड भारत के एकीकरण की प्रस्ताव योजना है और उनके संबंधित शेयरधारकों और ऋणदाताओं जो 391-394 धाराओं के तहत कंपनी अधिनियम,1956.

हाल ही में फरवरी में इस वर्ष,निटको करीब 500 करोड़ रुपये में मुंबई के पास अलीबाग में 100 एकड़ भूमि की जमीन खरीदी थी.कंपनी के लिए अलीबाग में शानदार विला के निर्माण और 2012 से पहले इसे शुरू करने का लक्ष्य है.

English Translation :

Ceramic tiles manufacturer, Nitco has received an approval on July 08, 2011, from Bombay High Court for the proposed scheme of amalgamation of Particle Boards India and their respective shareholders and creditors under sections 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956. 

Recently in February this year, Nitco had purchased 100-acres of land in Alibaug near Mumbai valued at around Rs 500 crore. The company is aiming to build luxurious villas in Alibaug and launch it before 2012.
