Radaan India To Form A Wholly Owned Subsidiary : रदान इंडिया ने पूर्ण स्वामित्व वाली सहायक कंपनी बनायीं : 27th July

रदान मेदिअवोर्क्स इंडिया बोर्ड ने 26 जुलाई 2011 को अपनी मीटिंग में रदान प्रतिभा फैक्टरी, श्रीलंका संयुक्त उद्यम में कंपनी के शेयर के विनिवेश को मंजूरी दी है|

इसके अलावा, बोर्ड ने श्रीलंका में अपना स्वतंत्र व्यापार चलाने  के लिए पूर्ण स्वामित्व वाली सहायक कंपनी के गठन को मंजूरी दे दी है| 

English Translate:

The board of Radaan Mediaworks India in its meeting on 26 July 2011 has approved the disinvestment of company's shareholding in Radaan Talent Factory, the Sri Lankan joint venture.

Further, the board has approved the formation of a wholly owned subsidiary in Sri Lanka to run its business independently.
