रापीकट कारबिड की आयोजित होने वाली 29 जुलाई 2011 बोर्ड बैठक मे समाप्त वित्तीय वर्ष 30 जून 2011 के लिए जाँचे हुऐ वित्तीय परिणामों पर और बिना जाँचे हुऐ वित्तीय (अनंतिम) परिणामों पर विचार किया जाएगा.
बोर्ड समाप्त वर्ष 31 मार्च 2011 के लिए भी लाभांश की सलाह देगी.
English Translation:
The board meeting of Rapicut Carbides will be held on 29 July 2011 to consider and take on record the audited financial results for the year 2010-11 and to consider the unaudited financial results (provisional) for the first quarter ended 30 June 2011.
The board will also recommend dividend for the year ended 31 March 2011.
