टाटा कंसल्टेंसी सर्विसेज के बोर्ड की बैठक 14 जुलाई 2011 को आयोजित किया जाएगी जिसमे स्वीकृत और रिकॉर्ड पर समाप्त पहली तिमाही 30 जून 2011 के लिए लेखापरीक्षित वित्तीय कंपनी के परिणामों को लेने के लिए और इक्विटी शेयरधारकों के लिए अंतरिम लाभांश की घोषणा पर विचार किया जायेगा.

English Translation :

The board meeting of Tata Consultancy Services will be held on 14 July 2011 to approve and take on record the audited financial results of the company for the first quarter ended 30 June 2011 and to consider declaration of an interim dividend to the equity shareholders.
