SRF Appoints Additional Director : एसआरएफ ने निदेशक के अतिरिक्त नियुक्त कि : 22-09-11

एसआरएफ ने अपनी बोर्ड बैठक मे 21 सितंबर 2011 से प्रभाव के साथ कंपनी के अतिरिक्त निदेशक के रूप में तेजप्रीत एस चोपड़ा को नियुक्त 21 सितंबर 2011 को किया जायेगा।

इसके अलावा, बोर्ड ने 05 सितंबर 2011 से प्रभावी के साथ कंपनी के निदेशक से सतीश कश्मीर कौरा के इस्तीफे को स्वीकार कर लिया है।

The board of SRF in its meeting on 21 September 2011 has appointed Tejpreet S Chopra as additional director of the company with effect from 21 September 2011.

Further, the board has accepted the resignation of Satish K Kaura from the directorship of the company with effect from 05 September 2011.
