स्वजास एयर ने चार्टर, गैर अनुसूचित एयरलाइन संचालक, आरंभिक सार्वजनिक निर्गम (आईपीओ) को इस मुद्दे के दूसरे दिन निराशाजनक प्रतिक्रिया मिली। एनएसई, 5220 के शेयरों की कुल बोली 4166667 शेयरों के जारी करने के लिए प्राप्त के साथ उपलब्ध आंकड़ों के अनुसार, 4620 बोलियाँ कट ऑफ मूल्य पर प्राप्त हुए थे।

100 रुपये को 90 रुपये का प्राइस बैंड तय और कंपनी इस आईपीओ के माध्यम से 3750 लाख रुपये जुटाने की योजना बना रही है। इस मुद्दे को 26 सितंबर को खुलेगा और 28 सितंबर, 2011 को बंद होगा। आर्यमान वित्तीय सेवाएँ किताब चल लीड मैनेजर और कैमिया कॉर्पोरेट सेवाएँ मुद्दे पर रजिस्ट्रार है।

Swajas Air Charters, Non-Scheduled Airline Operator, initial public offer (IPO) got dismal response on second day of issue. As per the data available with the NSE, total bid of 5220 shares were received for the issue of 4166667 shares, 4620 bids were received at the cut-off price.

The company is planning to raise Rs 3,750 lakhs through this IPO and has set price band of Rs 90 to Rs 100. The issue opens on September 26 and closes on September 28, 2011. Aryaman Financial Services is the book running lead manager and Cameo Corporate Services is the registrar to the issue.
