Byke Hospitality has acquired a Beach Resort of 240 rooms spread over 17 acres of land touching one side the river and other side the Arabian sea located at Cavelossim Beach, Salcete in South Goa on lease for a period of 12 years. Henceforth, the resort will run the brand name -- The Byke.
The Byke Hospitality, with a net worth of about Rs 62.60 crore and a pre-tax profit of about Rs 3.20 crore for financial year 2010-11, has chartered out its path to emerge as a leader in the Hospitality Industry.
