Chana futures have continued their declining trends on Monday, though there was some recovery towards the end of last week on improved demand at the lower levels. But imposition of 10% additional margin on Buy side and imposition of stock limit in Bikaner kept pressure on the market sentiments.

The contract for October delivery was trading at Rs 2,987.00, down by 0.53% or Rs 16.00 from its previous closing of Rs 3,003.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 104200 lots.

The contract for November delivery was trading at Rs 3,118.00, up by 0.80% or Rs25.00 from its previous closing of Rs 3,143.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 131390 lots on NCDEX.
