Maruti Suzuki’s Manesar Plant Strike Comes To An End : मारुति सुजुकी के मानेसर संयंत्र मे हड़ताल समाप्त : 21-10-11

मारुति सुजुकी की मारुति के मानेसर संयंत्र में 14 दिन लंबी हड़ताल प्रबंधन, कार्यकर्ताओं और हरियाणा सरकार के बीच त्रिपक्षीय करार के साथ समाप्त हो गयी। कार निर्माता सभी 64 निलंबित स्थायी श्रमिकों को बहाल करने के लिए सहमत हो गयी है लेकिन 30 के निलंबन जिस पर आरोपों / शुल्क अधिक गंभीर प्रकृति के थे उनपर जारी है। प्रबंधन द्वारा यह कदम एक संकेत है कि कंपनी महीने के अंत तक के श्रमिक अशांति के लिए झुकने को तैयार है। 17 अक्टूबर को मानेसर संयंत्र 180 कार्यकर्ताओं के साथ शुरू हुआ और अगले दिन गिनती 400 तक चढ़ गयी। कंपनी के गुड़गांव संयंत्र मे 480 स्विफ्ट कारों के उत्पादन के साथ 18 अक्टूबर को 1750 वाहनों का निर्माण किया। एक लाख से अधिक ग्राहकों ने स्विफ्ट कार के लिए आदेश रखा है।

English Translation :

Maruti Suzuki’s 14-day-long strike at Maruti's Manesar plant has been called off with the tripartite agreement between the management, workers and Haryana government. The car maker has agreed to reinstate all 64 suspended permanent workers however continue the suspension of 30 on whom the allegations/charges were of more serious nature. This move by the management is a sign that the company is ready to bend to end months of labour unrest. On October 17 the Manesar Plant started with 180 workers next day the count went up to 400. The company's Gurgaon plant manufactured 1,750 vehicles on October 18 with production of 480 Swift cars. Over one lakh customers have placed orders for the Swift Car.
