SEBI Likely To Come-Out With Uniform KYC Norms By Month-End : सेबी एक सौम्य वेश केवाईसी मानदंडों के साथ महीने के अंत से बाहर आने की संभावना : 17-10-11

एक कदम जिससे आम आदमी और बिचौलियों पर से समान रूप से बोझ कम होगा, के लिए निवेश करने की मांग, बाजार पर निगरानी रखने - भारतीय प्रतिभूति एवं विनिमय बोर्ड (सेबी) महीने अंत तक बाहर आने की योजना बना रहा है मानदंडों से अपने ग्राहक को जानने के लिए (केवाईसी) नियमन प्राधिकरण एक सौम्य वेश की स्थापना करेगा। इस प्रणाली की स्थापना यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि केवाईसी इस्तेमाल केवल एक बार किया जाता है और सभी मध्यस्थों को अपने केवाईसी स्थिति प्राप्त करने के लिए एक संभावित ग्राहकों की संख्या का उपयोग करने के लिए सक्षम करना है।

सेबी अध्यक्ष यूके सिन्हा ने कहा कि नियामक केवाईसी पंजीकरण एजेंसियों की स्थापना के लिए प्रोत्साहित कर रहे थे। यह उम्मीद है कि लाइसेंस इन एजेंसियों जो केवाईसी आवेदन पत्र प्राप्त होगा की की स्थापना के लिए दिया जाएगा और एक नंबर दिया जायेगा है कि एक आम डेटाबेस के लिए होगा और उपभोक्ता द्वारा इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है जब भी वह केवाईसी की आवश्यकता को पूरा करने के लिए आवश्यक हो।

English Translation:

A move that will ease the burden alike on the intermediaries as well as the common man, seeking to make investments, market watchdog - Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) is planning to come out by the end of the month- norms for setting up a uniform Know Your Customer (KYC) Regulation Authority. Setting up this system would ensure that KYC exercise is undertaken only once and enabling all mediators to access a potential customer’s number for getting his KYC status.

SEBI Chairman U K Sinha said that the regulator was encouraging the setting up of KYC Registration Agencies. It is expected that licenses would be given for setting up these agencies which would receive KYC applications and give out a number that would go to a common database and could be used by the consumer whenever he is required to fulfill KYC requirement.
