Hindusthaan Eco Ventures IPO To Hit Capital Market Soon : हिंदुस्तान इको वेंचर्स आईपीओ जल्दी ही पूंजी बाजार को छुएगा : 27-01-12
हिंदी अनुवाद:हिंदुस्तान इको वेंचर्स ने बाजार नियामक भारतीय प्रतिभूति विनिमय बोर्ड (सेबी) के साथ आरंभिक सार्वजनिक पेशकश (आईपीओ) के लिए ड्राफ्ट रेड हेरिंग प्रोस्पेक्टस दायर किया है। कंपनी 10 रुपए के अंकित मूल्य वाले लगभग 90 लाख इक्विटी शेयरों के मुद्दे के साथ अपनी 45 फीसदी हिस्सेदारी को तरल बनाने के लिए आगे सोच रही है।
कम्फर्ट सिक्योरिटीज बुक रंनिंग लीड मैनेजर और कैमिया कॉर्पोरेट सेवाएँ मुद्दे पर रजिस्ट्रार है।
कंपनी के लिए अनुबंध खेती और पशुपालन के विकास, कोल्ड स्टोरेज संयंत्र की स्थापना, हमारे पूर्ण स्वामित्व वाली सहायक, अर्थात् बसरास जैव कोन (भारत) में निवेश, धन पूंजीगत व्यय के लिए बसरास और कंपनी की कार्यशील पूंजी आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करने के विस्तार की दिशा में मुद्दा प्राप्त आय का उपयोग करना चाहता है।
English Translation:
Hindusthaan Eco Ventures has filed draft red herring prospectus with market regulator Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for initial public offering (IPO). The company looks forward to dilute its 45% stake with issue of around 90 lakh equity shares having face value of Rs 10 each.
Comfort Securities is the book running lead manager and Cameo Corporate Services is the registrar to the issue.
The company intends to utilize issue proceeds towards expansion of contract farming & development of animal husbandry, setting up cold storage plant, investment in our wholly owned subsidiary, namely Basarass Bio Con (India) Basarass for funding capital expenditure and to meet the working capital requirements of the company.
