Mahindra & Mahindra Closes Booking Of XUV500 : महिंद्रा एंड महिंद्रा एक्सयूवी 500 की बुकिंग बंद : 08-02-12

महिंद्रा एंड महिंद्रा, ऑटो प्रमुख अपने नवीनतम खेल उपयोगिता वाहन एक्सयूवी 500 के लिए बुकिंग के दूसरे चरण बंद को कर दिया है। इसे 25 जनवरी से 3 फरवरी, 2012 तक 10 दिन की अवधि में 25,000 आदेश प्राप्त हुए है। कंपनी ने आदेशों का संचालन करते हुए 7,200 ग्राहकों के लिए वाहन देने की योजना बनाई।

कंपनी मजबूत मांग की वजह से अगले 2-3 महीनों में प्रति माह एक्सयूवी 500 की दिसंबर 2011 में लगभग 2500 इकाइयों की तुलना में लगभग 3,000 इकाइयों का उत्पादन बढ़ाने के लिए देख रही है। इससे पहले पिछले वर्ष में, इसने 29 सितंबर को वाहन लांच करने के बाद अक्टूबर में एक्सयूवी 500 की बुकिंग निलंबित कर दिया थी, क्योंकि चार महीने का उत्पादन 8,000 से अधिक इकाईयां सिर्फ 10 दिनों के भीतर ही बिक गई थी।

अपने तीन वेरिएंट के साथ एक्सयूवी 500 की कीमत मंहगी हुयी इस साल की शुरुआत में क्रमशः 30,000 रुपये, 50,000 रुपये और 55,000 रुपये (एक्स शोरूम, दिल्ली) की वृद्धि हुई है।

English Translation:

Mahindra & Mahindra, auto major has stopped the second phase of booking for its latest sports utility vehicle XUV500. It has received over 25,000 orders in a period of 10 days from January 25 to February 3, 2012. The company planned to conduct a draw of the orders to deliver the vehicle to 7,200 customers.

The company is looking for increasing production of the XUV500 to about 3,000 units per month in the next 2-3 months compared to about 2,500 units in December 2011 because of strong demand. Earlier in the last year, it had suspended bookings of XUV500 in October after launching the vehicle on September 29, as four months production of over 8,000 units was sold out within just 10 days.

The price of XUV500 has increased with its three variants becoming dearer by Rs 30,000, Rs 50,000 and Rs 55,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi) respectively in the beginning of this year.
