हिंदी अनुवाद :एमटी एडूकेयर, शिक्षा आधारित सेवा प्रदाता का आरंभिक सार्वजनिक पेशकश (आईपीओ) ने इशु के दूसरे दिन 1.25 गुना सदस्यता प्राप्त की। एनएसई के साथ उपलब्ध डेटा के अनुसार, 1,37,76,480 शेयरों की कुल बोली 1,09,91,815 शेयर जारी करने के लिए और 5,15,760 बोलियां कट ऑफ कीमत पर प्राप्त की गयी। एमटी एडूकेयर आगे आरंभिक सार्वजनिक पेशकश (आईपीओ) के माध्यम से पूंजी बाजार से 35 करोड़ रुपये की वृद्धि करेगा। कम्पनी ने प्रति शेयर का मूल्य स्तर 74 रूपये - 80 रूपये टी किया है जो दोनों बॉम्बे स्टॉक एक्सचेंज और नेशनल स्टॉक एक्सचेंज पर सूचीबद्ध किया जाएगा। एनाम सिक्योरिटीज बुक रनिंग लीड मैनेजर और लिंक इनटाइम भारत इस इशु का रजिस्ट्रार है। इशु 29 मार्च, 2012 को बंद होगा। एमटी एडूकेयर शिक्षा समर्थन और कोचिंग सेवा प्रदाता अगस्त 2006 में शामिल किया गया था और मई 2011 में एक पब्लिक लिमिटेड कंपनी में बदल गया था। कंपनी की 110 स्थानों में 188 कोचिंग केन्द्रों के माध्यम से महाराष्ट्र, तमिलनाडु, कर्नाटक और गुजरात के राज्य में उपस्थिति है।

MT Educare, the education based service provider’s initial public offer (IPO) was subscribed 1.25 times on the second day of issue. As per the data available with the NSE, total bid of 1,37,76,480 shares were received for the issue of 1,09,91,815 shares and 5,15,760 bids were received at the cut-off price. MT Educare is looking forward to raise Rs 35 crore from capital market through initial public offering (IPO). The company has fixed the price band at Rs 74 - 80 per share which will be listed on both Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange. Enam Securities is the book running lead manager and Link Intime India is the registrar to the issue. The issue closes on March 29, 2012. MT Educare is the education support and coaching services provider was incorporated in August 2006 and was converted into a public limited company in May 2011. The company has presence in the state of Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Gujarat, through 188 Coaching Centres in 110 locations.
