सरकार स्वामित्व राष्ट्रीय भवन निर्माण निगम (एनबीसीसी) एनबीसीसी के आरंभिक सार्वजनिक पेशकश (आईपीओ) का जारी होने के पहले दिन पर 0.19 गुना समर्थन हुआ था। एनएसई के उपलब्ध आंकड़ों के अनुसार, 120,00,000 शेयरों कों जारी करने के लिए कुल 22,64,820 शेयरों की बोलियां प्राप्त हुई थी और 282,000 बोलियां कट ऑफ मूल्य पर प्राप्त हुई थी।

एनबीसीसी वर्तमान में शहरी विकास मंत्रालय के तहत संचालित होती है और उसी से 2004 से 2010 तक प्रत्येक वित्तीय वर्ष के लिए उत्कृष्ट रेटिंग भी प्राप्त कर चुका है। भारी उद्योग एवं लोक एंटरप्राइजेज मंत्रालय द्वारा कंपनी कों उत्कृष्टता पुरस्कार के साथ सम्मानित किया गया है.

English Translation :

The government owned National Buildings Construction Corporation’s (NBCC) initial public offer (IPO) was subscribed 0.19 times on the first day of issue. As per the data available with the NSE, total bid of 22,64,820 shares were received for the issue of 120,00,000 shares and 282,000 bids were received at the cut-off price.

NBCC presently operates under Ministry of Urban Development and has also received ‘Excellent’ rating from the same for each of the fiscal years from 2004 to 2010. Ministry of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises has awarded the company with an ‘Excellence Award.’
