मुंबई स्थित आभूषण रिटेलर त्रिभोवंदास भीमजी झवेरी आगे पूंजी बाजार से 200 करोड़ रुपए जुटाने के लिए देख रहा है। 145 साल का जौहरी इक्विटी शेयरों की आरंभिक सार्वजनिक पेशकश के माध्यम से 1.66 करोड़ रूपये से अधिक धन जुटाएगा। यह इश्यु 24 अप्रैल, 2012 को खुल जायेगा। आईडीएफसी कैपिटल और एवेंडस कैपिटल पुस्तक लीड मैनेजर है जबकि कार्वी कम्प्यूटर शेयर इश्यु के रजिस्ट्रार हैं। आभूषण रिटेलर बिक्री, जो वर्तमान में 14 शोरूम के माध्यम से संचालित करने के लिए नया शोरूम की स्थापना वित्त और वृद्धिशील कार्यशील पूंजी आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करने की योजना बना रहा है। इन्होने वित्तीय वर्ष 2012-13 के दौरान पूरे शुद्ध आय का उपयोग करने का फैसला किया है। त्रिभोवंदास भीमजी झवेरी, भारत मे आभूषण रिटेलर के रूप मे अच्छी तरह से जाना जाता है जोकि मुख्य रूप से सोने और हीरे जड़ित आभूषण बेचने में लगे हुए है। इसके अलावा, अन्य उत्पाद रेंज प्लेटिनम आभूषण, जड़ाऊ गहने और चांदी के बर्तन भी शामिल है।

The Mumbai based jewellery retailer Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri is looking forward for garnering around Rs 200 crore from the capital market. The 145-year jeweller will be raising funds through initial public offering of more than 1.66 crore equity shares. The issue will open on April 24, 2012. IDFC Capital and Avendus Capital are the book running lead managers while Karvy Computershare is the registrar to the issue. The jewellery retailer, who currently operates through 14 showrooms, plans to finance the establishment of new showrooms and meet incremental working capital requirements. It has decided to utilize the entire net proceeds during the fiscal year 2012-13. Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri, a well known jewellery retailer in India, is primarily engaged in selling gold and diamond-studded jewellery. Additionally, the other product range includes platinum jewellery, jadau jewellery and silverware.
