मुंबई आधारित आभूषण रिटेलर, त्रिभोवंदास भीमजी झवेरी का प्रारंभिक सार्वजनिक पेशकश (आईपीओ) वितरण के पहले दिन 0.05 गुना हुआ. एनएसई के साथ उपलब्ध डेटा के अनुसार, 1,41,66,668 जारी शेयर के लिए 7,69,275 बोलिया प्राप्त हुई और 1,79,010 बोलियां कट ऑफ कीमत पर प्राप्त की गयी. आभूषण रिटेलर, 23 अप्रैल को, यानी इश्यु खुलने के एक दिन पहले, एचएसबीसी ग्लोबल इनवेस्टमेंट फंड सहित एंकर निवेशकों, एचएसबीसी इंडिया (मॉरीशस) अल्फा और क्रेडिट सुइस (सिंगापुर) के लिए लगभग 2.5 लाख शेयरों का प्राइस बैंड 120-126 रूपये के निचले अंत में आवंटित किये. त्रिभोवंदास भीमजी झवेरी आगे पूंजी बाजार से 200 करोड़ रुपए जुटाने मे लगे हुए है. 145 साल जौहरी, 1.66 करोड़ से अधिक इक्विटी शेयरों के आरंभिक सार्वजनिक पेशकश के माध्यम से धन जुटाएगा. 26 अप्रैल, 2012 को इश्यु बंद हो जाएगा.

The Mumbai based jewellery retailer, Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri’s initial public offer (IPO) was subscribed 0.05 times on the first day of issue. As per the data available with the NSE, total bid of 7,69,275 shares were received for the issue of 1,41,66,668 shares and 1,79,010 bids were received at the cut-off price. The jewellery retailer, on April 23, i.e. one day before of the issue opening, allotted nearly 2.5 million shares to anchor investors, including HSBC Global Investment Funds, HSBC India Alpha (Mauritius) and Credit Suisse (Singapore) at lower end of price band of Rs 120-126 a share. Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri is looking forward for garnering around Rs 200 crore from the capital market. The 145-year jeweller will be raising funds through initial public offering of more than 1.66 crore equity shares. The issue will close on April 26, 2012.
