English Translation:
Godrej Industries has walked out of the pesticide services business by selling HiCare to Denmark-based ISS. The company held 80 per cent of Godrej HiCare and will now become a wholly-owned subsidiary of ISS.
Four years ago, Godrej Industries had diversified into the pesticides business.Similarly, for Godrej HiCare, the company was eyeing for a strategic partner to take it to its next level of growth.
चार साल पहले की बात है, गोदरेज इंडस्ट्रीज ने विविध कीटनाशक व्यवसाय का व्यापार किया। इसी प्रकार, गोदरेज हाईकेअर की कंपनी एक रणनीतिक साझेदार के लिए विकास के अपने अगले स्तर पर ले जाना चाहती थी।
English Translation:
