हिन्दी अनुवाद:जयहिंद प्रोजेक्ट्स लिमिटेड कि समिति के निर्देशकों ने यह सूचित किया है की कंपनी की बैठक 24 अप्रैल, 2009 को आयोजित निर्णय लिया जाए:
1. डी कोम प्रणाली लिमिटेड, ने प्रमोटर ग्रुप कंपनी के लिए सेबी के दिशा निर्देशों के अनुसार 2500000 परिवर्तनीय अधिपत्र जारी किए है।
2. कंपनी अधिनियम के 1956 की बैठक के अनुसार आयोजित असाधारण जनरल में 21 अप्रैल 2009 को विशेष प्रस्ताव के लिए 81 के अंतर्गत पूर्वोक्त परिवर्तनीय वारंट जारी करने के लिए प्राधिकृत बोर्ड (1) (ए) को सम्भव किया गया।
English Translation:
Jaihind Projects Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 24, 2009, decided:
1. To issue 2500000 Convertible Warrants as per SEBI Guidelines to Dcom Systems Ltd, Promoter Group Company.
2. To Convene Extra Ordinary General Meeting on May 21, 2009 for Special Resolution under 81(1)(A) of The Companies Act, 1956 authorising the Board to issue aforesaid Convertible Warrants.
