National General Industries Ltd has informed pursuant to an Order made on May 15, 2009, the Honble High Court of Judicature at Delhi has directed that, meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company will be held on June 30, 2009, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving with or without modification(s), the Scheme of Amalgamation of Modi Metal Udyog Pvt. Ltd with National General Industries Ltd.
