English Translation:

Tinplate Company of India Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 08, 2009, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2009 & may also consider the recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year 2008-09 on the Non-cumulative Optionally Convertible Preference Shares and Equity Shares of the Company.
