Shinsei MF plans to launch an open ended income scheme - Shinsei Treasury Advantage Fund and for this, it has filed offer document with Sebi to launch Shinsei Treasury Advantage Fund. The face value of the new issue will be Rs 10 per unit.
The investment objective of the scheme is to generate regular income through a judicious mix of portfolio that comprising, predominantly of money market instruments and short term debt securities with a residual maturity of up to three years.
The scheme offers three plans - retail (default plan) as well as institutional and super institutional plan with growth and dividend option in each plan. Further, the dividend option offers dividend payout and dividend reinvest facility. The dividend reinvestment option will be the default option.
