राज तेल आईपीओ को पूरी तरह अंतिम दिन पर सदस्यता प्राप्त हो जायेगी- जुलाई 25, 2009
हिन्दी अनुवाद:राज ऑयल मिल्स लिमिटेड की आरंभिक सार्वजनिक पेशकश को वीरवार को पूरी तरह से इस पेशकश के अंतिम दिन पर सदस्यता मिल जायेगी। इस आईपीओ ने 95 लाख शेयरों की पेशकश के आकार के प्रतिकूल के रूप में 98.16 लाख इक्विटी शेयरों के, डेटा नेशनल स्टॉक एक्सचेंज (एनएसई) के साथ उपलब्धि के अनुसार बोली को प्राप्त किया।
इस मूल्य के समूह में 100 रुपए और 120 रुपए प्रति शेयर के 10 रुपए के अंकित मूल्य के शेयर के बीच इसे तय किया गया है। इक्विटी शेयरों को बीएसई और एनएसई में सूचीबद्ध किया जाएगा।
कंपनी ने अपने कारोबार के विस्तार के लिए आईपीओ के माध्यम से और साथ ही जयपुर और महाराष्ट्र में नए कारखानों की स्थापना के लिए मुल्ये 1.14 बिलियन तक बढ़ाने की योजना बनाई है।
English Translation:
The initial public offer of Raj Oil Mills Limited got fully subscribed on the final day of the offer on Thursday. The IPO received bids for over 98.16 lakh equity shares as against the offer size of 95 lakh shares, according to the data available with the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
The price band has been fixed between Rs 100 and Rs 120 per equity share of face value of Rs 10. The equity shares would be listed on the BSE and NSE.
The company planned to raise upto Rs1.14 bn through the IPO for the expansion of its business as well as for setting up of new factories in Jaipur and Maharashtra.
इस मूल्य के समूह में 100 रुपए और 120 रुपए प्रति शेयर के 10 रुपए के अंकित मूल्य के शेयर के बीच इसे तय किया गया है। इक्विटी शेयरों को बीएसई और एनएसई में सूचीबद्ध किया जाएगा।
