EID Parry India has announced that the company has allotted 65746 equity shares arising out of exercise of employee stock options, granted under the employee stock option scheme 2007.
With this allotment the number of equity shares outstanding is 8,61,98,060 and the paid-up equity share capital is Rs 17,23,96,120.
The company made this announcement during the trading hours today, 13 August 2009.
