The board of Simplex Trading & Agencies has raised fund to the tune of Rs 2,50,00,000 by offering, issuing and allotting convertible warrants on preferential basis.
The board has decided to increase authorized share capital of the company up to Rs 5,00,00,000 by issuing 25,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
This was decided at the board meeting held on 28 August 2009.
