दुजोदवाला पेपर केमिकल्स लिमिटेड ने सूचित किया है कि 31 मार्च 2009 को समाप्त संभव के लिए कंपनी ने 30 सितम्बर 2009 तक अपनी वार्षिक जनरल बैठक को आयोजित करने के लिए है और वर्ष के लिए कंपनी के खातों के लेखा कार्य के पूरा नहीं होने के कारण है वार्षिक कंपनियों के रजिस्ट्रार से जनरल बैठक की पकड़ में 30 दिन की अवधि के लिए एक एक्सटेंशन प्राप्त की है और अब कंपनी की वार्षिक जनरल बैठक में दी गई समय अर्थात इसेके भीतर आयोजित की जाएगी परन्तु 30 अक्टूबर 2009 से पहले इसे आयोजित किया जाएगा।

English Translation:

Dujodwala Paper Chemicals Limited has informed that due to not completing of the Audit work of the Accounts of the Company for the Year ended March 31, 2009 it was not possible for the Company to hold its Annual General meeting by September 30, 2009 and therefore it has obtained an extension for a period of 30 days in holding the annual general Meeting from the Registrar of Companies and now the annual general meeting of the Company will be held within the extended time viz. on or before October 30, 2009.
