स्पेक्ट्रम ट्रेडमार्क के उत्तराधिकारी संगिनी है, जिसकी देश में एक प्रमुख ब्रांड है और यह विनिर्माण और हीरे और हीरे के गहने जड़ी बनाने के व्यापार में लगे हुए है इसके मालिक है।
English Translation:
Gitanjali Gems Limited has informed that in line with Companys policy of strategic acquisitions, the Company has acquired additional Shares in Spectrum Jewellery Pvt Ltd (Spectrum), earlier a joint Venture Company. By way of this acquisition, the Company has become owner of majority stake in Spectrum.
Spectrum is owner of trademark Sangini, which is a leading brand in the Country and it is engaged in the business of manufacturing and dealing of Diamonds and Diamond studded jewelleries.
स्पेक्ट्रम ट्रेडमार्क के उत्तराधिकारी संगिनी है, जिसकी देश में एक प्रमुख ब्रांड है और यह विनिर्माण और हीरे और हीरे के गहने जड़ी बनाने के व्यापार में लगे हुए है इसके मालिक है।
