The BSE Sensex jumped above the 16300 and the NSE Nifty above the 4850 mark n the early trade. The buying was seen across the board. The broader market are also attracting significant buying attention in the opening trade as both the BSE Mid Cap and the BSE Small Cap indices are now trading with a gain of more than 2% each. The Realty and Banking index outperformed al the sectorial indices in the early trade as both the indices ar now trading with a gain of more than 3.5% each. Further, smart buying also witnessed among the Auto, Banking and Consumer Durables stocks. However the Oil & Gas the sole index which is trading lower in the opening trade.
The BSE Sensex is trading higher by 220.03 points or (1.37%) at 16,272.75 and the NSE Nifty is trading higher by 80.85 points or (1.70%) at 4,831.40.
