लुमक्स (Lumax) आटोमोटिव सिस्टम्स लिमिटेड ने सूचित किया है कि 16 दिसम्बर 2009 को आयोजित बैठक में कंपनी के निदेशक बोर्ड ने, निम्नलिखित निदेशकों के इस्तीफा को लिया संबंधित निर्देशकों द्वारा इस्तीफे की निविदा की तिथि से प्रभावी:
1. श्री वीरेंद्र गन्दा, स्वतंत्र निदेशक 23 अक्तूबर 2009 को अपना इस्तीफा पत्र देखे।
2. श्रीमती कमलेश जैन, गैर कार्यकारी निदेशक 02 नवम्बर 2009 को अपना इस्तीफा पत्र देखे।
English Translation:
Lumax Automotive Systems Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 16, 2009, has taken note of the resignation of the following Directors with effect from the date of tendering the resignation by the respective directors:
1. Mr. Virender Ganda, Independent Director vide his resignation letter dated October 23, 2009.
2. Mrs. Kamlesh Jain, Non-Executive Director vide her resignation letter dated November 02, 2009.
