17 दिसम्बर 2009 के समापन घंटे के प्रभाव से बोर्ड ने पुनर्खरीद की प्रक्रिया को बंद करने की मंजूरी दे दी है
2. निदेशक की नियुक्ति
श्री राठी बिनोद पाल को पूरा समय कंपनी के निदेशक के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया है 17 दिसम्बर २००९ से प्रभाव में।

Jindal Poly Films Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 17, 2009, has approved the following:
1. Closure of Buy-back
The Board has approved closure of Buy-back process with effect from closing hours of
December 17, 2009.
2. Appointment of Director
Mr. Rathi Binod Pal is appointed as Whole Time Director of the Company with effect from December 17, 2009.
