उश्देव इंटरनेशनल लिमिटेड ने सूचित किया है कि 17 दिसम्बर 2009 को आयोजित बैठक में कंपनी के निदेशक बोर्ड ने प्रबंद और व्यापार के निम्नलिखित मदों को मंजूरी दी है:

1. अधिमान्य के आधार पर प्रमोटरों और निवेशकों के लिए 176 रुपए प्रति शेयर के मूल्य पर (प्रति शेयर 166 रुपए के प्रीमियम सहित) 31,43,000 इक्विटी शेयरों की संख्या को जारी करने को मंजूरी दी। सेबी (ICDR) अधिनियम के आधार पर निर्गम मूल्य का निर्णय लिया गया है।

2. प्राधिकृत शेयर पूंजी में वृद्धि को मंजूरी दी है।

3. इजीएम (EGM) के आयोजन को मंजूरी दी है।

Ushdev International Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 17, 2009, has transacted and approved the following items of business.

1. Approved the issue of 31,43,000 no. of Equity Shares at a price of Rs. 176 per share (including premium of Rs. 166 per share) to promoters and investors on preferential basis. The issue price has been decided on the basis SEBI (ICDR) Regulations.

2. Approved the increase in authorized share capital.

3. Approved the convening of EGM.
