English Translation:
Torrent Power Ltd has informed that the members of the Company, by way of Postal Ballot, have passed the Special Resolution for approving the appointment of Shri Jinal Mehta in the Company, pursuant to the provisions of Section 314(1B) of the Companies Act, 1956 read with the Directors Relatives (Office or Place of Profit) Rules, 2003, with requisite majority.
